With over three decades of experience, Jim Duggan is a master ice sculptor and stands at the forefront of contemporary ice sculpture as the founder and creative director of ICE sculpture INC. His career began in the culinary world, where he was introduced to ice sculpting by master chefs—an experience that ignited a lifelong pursuit of precision, artistry, and innovation. Jim further refined his craft at a local ice block manufacturer, gaining rare expertise not only in sculpting, but in the complex logistics and seamless installations that define world-class events.
After five years as a sculptor and partner at Ice Magic Atlanta, Jim founded ICE Sculpture Inc. with a singular vision: to elevate ice from décor to design statement. For nearly 30 years, ISI has set the standard across Atlanta and the Southeast, delivering striking, custom sculptures for an elite clientele that includes professional athletes, internationally recognized musical artists, and the television and film industry.
Driven by excellence and creative ambition, Jim has competed in the renowned Ice Art World Championship in Fairbanks, Alaska—an experience that reinforced his belief in discipline, collaboration, and pushing artistic boundaries. Today, he leads and mentors the ISI team with the same philosophy, ensuring every piece reflects uncompromising craftsmanship, refined execution, and unmistakable impact.
